I’m AJ — a wound care nurse, educator, coach, and the co-founder of A& R Solutions & Co.
After 15 years in healthcare and two years as a master marketer, I realized something powerful:

Burnout, emotional overwhelm, declining health, financial stress, and lost identity — I lived it.
I buried trauma, hid behind a mask of happiness, and tried to cope by doing everything alone.
